This exhibit will feature the works of Richard Grosvenor as he looks forward to continuing to capture of the beauty of nature. Come and celebrated with us, this artists and his art at the opening reception of “The Best is Yet to Come” on July 5th from 5-7 pm at Spring Bull Gallery in Newport, Rhode Island.

A founding member of Spring Bull Gallery, Grosvenor has been painting the beauty of the surrounding Narragansett Bay for more than 50 years. With his brush he floods his images with light and atmosphere, Grosvenor enjoys painting “plein aire” whenever possible.“The seasons, the weather, the light, are changing.... you have clouds, shadows, extreme fog, light flashing off the water... it is never the same." said Grosvenor. He is also the author and illustrator of “Newport, An Artist’s Impressions of Its Architecture and History.” A portion of all sales of Mr. Grosvenor’s works at the gallery during the month of July will be donated to the Hudner Oncology Center, St. Anne’s Hospital, Fall River, Massachusetts.

“The Best is Yet to Come” will be showing for the month of July at Spring Bull Gallery. There will be a special Gallery Night in Newport on Thursday, July 10th from 5- 8pm.
